Entry fee $125 per cowgirl.  NO REFUNDS.

 

 (Must be 18 or older to enter or have signed waiver from legal guardian (min age is 14)) Entry forms are currently available to 80 contestants.  Entries will be taken until we receive 80 entries or AUGUST 14TH whichever is first.

 

Registration Fees:   Non-refundable $50 deposit due by JUNE 14, 2013 will reserve your entry with balance of non-refundable $75 due by AUGUST 14, 2013.  Or all non-refundable $125 due by AUGUST 14, 2013. Entries not paid in full by August 14, 2013, will be considered cancelled and available to those on our waiting list.

 

Enter individually or with a partner.  We will draw teams to make up teams of 4.

Novice to Open Riders Welcome. No experience needed. 

 

$$$ to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd over all teams. Awards to winning team of each events and Top hand award

 

Registration & Coggins check :  Friday, September 13 , 2013

Registration & Coggins check:  Saturday September 14, 2013 from 8-9 am.

 

Teams will be announced Saturday, the 14th at 9am during mandatory meeting

Hook Ups available for $20.00/night and plenty of parking for your trailer (no charge) if you want to use Generators.  Nice inside stalls will be available @ $20 per stall per night. Must have reservations for hookup and stalls.
